#19 Advance Care Planning in Canada & running a national Advance Care Planning Day with Karine Diedrich

We discuss how the Advance Care Planning Canada movement evolved and how to run a national Advance Care Planning Day. Prior to joining CHPCA, she served as Vice-President, Public Engagement and Knowledge Mobilization at Volunteer
