Advance Care Planning Conference
The Getting Your House in Order Conference took place on the 8th May 2024 at the John Innes Centre in Norwich. The event was attended by 300 people in person and live streamed internationally.
The conference focused on Getting Your House in Order, the model created to explain Advance Care Planning. The conference also celebrated the first UK Advance Care Planning Day and delegates and people all over the UK were invited to make an Advance Care Planning pledge.
